Concept Change

As the concept wasn't quite final when I started sculpting, the final concept changed. We planned for this anyway and this was the reason that I started working on the face first as I knew this wasn't going to change.

Below is the final concept and turnaround of Mordecai:

From here on I can start modelling the clothes and accessories accordingly. 

By working alongside the concept artist for this character, I can easily query what sort of fabric etc the outfit is made from.
