Starting Mordecai Sculpt
Due to having done the base work for the mesh, I could quickly start sculpting the concept of Mordecai. As the turnaround concept is not finished yet, I started off with the head and used what concepts were made already and also used reference of the Mordecai model from the game, from:

as it features a handy 3D viewer for looking around the textured model.

Sculpt Start
Above is the sculpt of Mordecai's head so far, which I started from the base mesh.
Art Test
Due to the base mesh already having a basic unwrap, I exported both the low poly and high poly head meshes that I had so far and took them into Substance Painter to do a quick bake and art test to try out the Borderlands art style.
